3 Concrete Table Transformations

Tables are an invitation to gather. A place to share. Whatever the space, whatever the purpose, tables are an important part of just about every room of the house.

We partnered with three Instagrammers remodeling their spaces to see how concrete could help them transform their homes. Here are three ways concrete tables redefined three different spaces.

Dining Room

Lisa Bonanno, @cottagestyle on Instagram, showed off her dining room transformation with a concrete table at its center. The Aura round concrete dining table caught Lisa’s eye immediately because of her penchant for round tables. She selected the 54-inch size and can seat 4-6 people. The natural wood chairs Lisa surrounded the table with assume a wider stance, so she sticks to seating for four for everyday dining.

After shape, color was Lisa’s next consideration. She ordered two color swatches: White Linen and Limestone. Ultimately, White Linen was the best fit for the space to keep it feeling light and airy. The smooth top and textured pedestal add to the touchable, warm style of this totally transformed dining room.

Foyer

The foyer is like the handshake of your house. It constitutes the first impression and welcomes your guests and family. It’s a space that should never be overlooked. Olivia Peter, @glam_home_decor on Instagram, gave her foyer the attention it deserved with a low profile (12” deep) concrete console table.

It was important to Olivia to get a console table that fit her space exactly because of the expansive open format of the foyer and living room. She asked Trueform to customize the Railroad Concrete Console table by adding another railroad tie to make the table taller, a necessity in a room with vast ceilings.

Patio

Designer, Jen Bryant, @jenbryantdesign on Instagram, loves to share all things home and décor. Her recent concrete addition to the backyard patio was the first move toward recreating her outdoor space. Jen had an existing wood frame for the patio table of her dreams and partnered with Trueform to have a custom top made from concrete in White Linen.

The addition of some rustic metal chairs topped off the dining design and carried the style of her interior into the outdoors. With stunning mountain views from every angle, the concrete table manages to hold its own without distracting from the abundant natural beauty.
